Engineering & Design-Build Administration Services for I-15 Exit 118 Interchange

 Addendum No 1 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Mesquite will receive sealed RFQ’s for Engineering and Design-Build Administration Services for I-15 Exit 118 Interchange located in Mesquite, Nevada.  The project includes, but is not limited to; providing engineering and administration services in the construction of the I-15 Exit 118 interchange. Services shall include design build program management, file management, preparing and facilitating the design build RFP procedures, facilitating meetings, provide preliminary design services, and construction management services.  The Request of Qualifications for Engineering and Design-Build Administration Services for I-15 Exit 118 InterchangeCorrespondence may be obtained from the City of Mesquite Public Works Department at 10 E. Mesquite Boulevard, Mesquite, NV 89027, (702) 346-5237, upon payment of $25.00 per set, or $10.00 per set of Electronic Plans, NO part of which is refundable.

 

RFQ’s will be received at the office of the City Clerk; 10 E. Mesquite Blvd, Mesquite NV 89027, until 3:00 pm local time on August 4, 2014.  The qualification criteria will be based on a point system up to one hundred (100) possible points per consulting firm. Each proposal must express the proposing firms project team, past performance, project approach, availability, capacity and proximity of project team.  All RFQ’s must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked Request of Qualifications (RFQ PW 2014-002) Engineering and Design-Build Administration Services for I-15 Exit 118 Interchange to the Attention of:  Mesquite City Clerk

 

The City of Mesquite reserves the right to reject all submissions. The City of Mesquite also reserves the right to waive any irregularity, informality, or technicality in the submission in its best interest.  A short list will be developed from submittals received.  Consultants on the short list may be asked to attend an interview prior to final selection.
