Four Mesquite Residents Arrested for Dealing Drugs

Mesquite, NV – On Friday, March 28, Mesquite Police Narcotics Detectives arrested four Mesquite residents on three separate narcotic related investigations.

 

Two Mesquite residents were arrested for selling narcotics out of their home. Roy Goodson, 35, was charged with four counts of felony Transporting Controlled Substance, four counts of felony Sale of Controlled Substance, three counts of felony Sale of Controlled Substance in the Presence of a Child, and four counts of felony Conspiracy to Violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act. Roy’s wife Allena Goodson, 30, was charged with three counts of felony Sale of Controlled Substance, three counts of felony Sale of Controlled Substance in the Presence of a Child, and four counts of felony Conspiracy to Violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.

 

On a separate case, Robert Ferrell, 43, was charged with two counts of felony Sale of Controlled Substance, one count of felony Sale of Controlled Substance in the Presence of a Child, and two counts of felony Conspiracy to Violate the Uniform Controlled Substance Act.

 

Robin Bute, 43, was arrested on the same evening on a separate case and charged with Possession of Marijuana, I.T.S Drugs, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Both Ferrell and Bute were arrested on November 22, 2013 for similar drug related charges. They were both awaiting sentencing for those charges at the time of their most recent arrest.
