Street Seal Coating

American Pavement Preservation is working with the Public Works Department to Seal Coat streets within the City of Mesquite.  The following neighborhoods and streets will be affected:

Subdivision - Wildflower
Streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. include: Larkspur Lane, Laurel Way (Section from Second South Street to Lilly Lane), Lilly Lane, Primrose Lane (Section from Larkspur Lane to Sunflower Way), and Sunflower Way (Section from Second South Street to Primrose Lane)

Subdivisions - Crystal Canyon & Falls Condominiums
Streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. include:  Colleen Court (Half Street), Falls Circle, Green Park Drive (Half Street), and Turtleback Road (Section from Colleen Court to Green Park Drive)


Subdivisions - Crystal Canyon, Falls Condominiums, Hermosa Vistas & Sedona
Streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. include:  Green Park Drive (Half Street), Turtleback Road (Sections include from Green Park Drive to Pioneer Boulevard)


Subdivisions - Falls Condominiums, Hermosa Vistas and Sedona
Streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. include:  Colleen Court (Half Street), Turtleback Road (Sections include from Green Park Drive to Pioneer Boulevard)

Subdivision - Wildflower
Streets will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. include:  Lavender Lane, Laurel Way (Section from Lilly Lane to Hafen Lane), Poppy Lane, Primrose Lane (Section from Sunflower Way to Lavender Lane), and Sunflower Way (Section from Primrose Lane to Hafen Lane)

Street will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. include: Turteback  Road (Section from Pioneer Boulevard to Colleen Court) 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, please understand Seal Coating of streets is a process and in order to have the product completely dry the roads will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the scheduled day.  For any questions or concerns please contact American Pavement Preservation at (702) 507-5414 or City of Mesquite Public Works Department at (702) 346-5237.

 

Lower Flat Top Mesa & Pioneer Boulevard

The City of Mesquite - Public Works has closed a section of Lower Flat Top Mesa & Pioneer Boulevard until further notice to continue installing Exit 118 project.


The Highlighted Sections will be closed to the public, from the intersection of Wittwer Trail & Lower Flat Top Mesa to the intersection of Isaac Newton Drive & Pioneer Boulevard.

Public Works would like to inform Mesquite Residents of the new Traffic Control Signals installed by Nevada Department of Transportation through the Federal Highway Administration funding.  The "NEW" change apply to all Traffic Signals located in the City of Mesquite.  The graphic to the left shows the changes that apply.
