Community members are invited to meet with Andy Barton, Mesquite City Manager, at 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 20th. This open forum will be held at the Mesquite Fine Arts Gallery located at 15 W. Mesquite Blvd.  This is an opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns or to just meet and visit with the City Manager.
