Preschool New Student Enrollment Now Open

Parents can start now to enroll their children (ages 3 to 5) in next year's Sunshine Academy.  Interested parties can sign up in-person at the Recreation Center, 100 West Old Mill Road.  (Sorry, can't do it over the phone or online.)
Registration is open through August 30 and is open to all residents of Mesquite and the surrounding communities.

As part of the registration process, parents will need to bring a copy of the child's birth certificate, immunizations records, and a signed health statement.

“Our program is designed to meet the needs and wants of both participants and parents. Activities are supervised, organized, diversified, and safe,” said Janeece Noel, Lead Instructor. “We know that we are helping to shape future leaders, teachers, mothers, and fathers and we take pride in the quality of our program. We incorporate fun, education, exploration, social interaction, and play. We believe that every child is important.  Consequently, we strive to include each and every child in our programs.”

Two last things, your child must be potty-trained and the appropriate age in order to participate in the academy program.

Have questions about enrollment or the Academy?  Feel free to contact Janeece Noel, Lead Instructor, via phone 702-346-3939 or email jnoel@mesquitenv.gov.
