Municipal Court Bench Warrant Resolution Day

Officials will host a Mesquite Municipal Court Bench Warrant Resolution Day on Tuesday, October 20, 2020.  The event will happen from 9:00 AM UNTIL 10:00 AM at the Mesquite Justice Facility located at 500 Hillside Drive. The event is open to the public and people can expect to:

Appear before the court

Resolve outstanding traffic and non-violent misdemeanor warrants

Review any court requirements

Schedule new court dates

A major objective of the event is to reduce the number of outstanding traffic and non-violent misdemeanor warrants in the city and eliminate the fear of being arrested for having failed to appear in court. The city attorney and public defender will be on-site if court patrons wish to speak with them before appearing before the judge. Upon arrival at the courthouse, staff will assist court patrons with COVID-19 safety guidelines.
