VVHS FFA - Tree Gala Yule Ball

We are excited to announce the VVHS - FFA annual Tree Gala this year with a brand-new theme: Harry Potter’s Yule Ball. We would love to invite your business to participate by donating and decorating a Christmas tree for our auction. You are welcome to style the tree in any way that represents your business, the theme, or the holiday season.

The event will take place at the Holiday Inn Resort - Red Barn from Wednesday, November 19th through Saturday, November 22nd, and will be open to the public. All proceeds from the auction will support Virgin Valley FFA student programs and activities. Set up dates will be that Monday and Tuesday, November 17th and 18th.

If not possible to donate, we are also looking for vendors! We will charge $100 for vendors to setup everyday with all their own equipment. We are not able to provide chairs, tables, etc. We are also offering a $50 vendor fee if your business would like to come sell AND bring a decorated tree.
