Animal Control Dog Park

DOG PARK RULES

·       Park hours are from Dawn to 8:30 PM, when the parklights will go out.

·       Canine and human visitors enter at their own risk.

·       Owners are legally responsible for their dogs.

·       Dogs must be under voice command, control andaccompanied by humans AT ALL TIMES.

·       Owners MUST clean up after their dogs.

·       Bags and disposal stations are provided.

·       Dogs that are aggressive are not allowed in the park.

·       Dogs in heat, or puppies under 12 weeks old, areprohibited in the park.

·       Don’t let your dog dig holes.  Please fill any holes mistakenly dug.

·       All dogs over 12 weeks of age must have currentvaccinations evidence with visible tags(s).

·       Owners may bring a maximum of 2 dogs to the park atone time.

·       An adult must accompany children under 12 years ofage.

·       Children under 5 years of age are not allowed in the fenced-inarea.

·       No littering.

·       The City of Mesquite will not be responsible forinjuries to visiting dogs, their owners or others using the park.

·       Respect other park visitors, both human and canine, bykeeping your pet from jumping on or interfering with other people or theirpets.

·       Please report any vandalism, graffiti or damage to thepark to the Mesquite Police Department (702) 346-5268.

·       Violators of the park rules are subject to removalfrom the park and possible legal action.
