City updates building code
On 11-13-18 City Council approved the adoption of the 2018 ICC Residential, Commercial codes, 2018 Uniform Plumbing, Uniform Mechanical codes and the 2017 National Electrical odes. The city has given a 6 month adjustment period. Starting May 13, 2019, all applications submitted for building permits will be required to meet the new code standards.
