The Mesquite Fire Rescue Cancer Drive in October raise money for the local Mesquite Cancer HELP Society.
The Mesquite Fire Rescue Department presented a check at the City Council Meeting for $11,372 to Mesquite Cancer HELP Society to assist locals battling cancer. We would like to thank our community members, firefighters, Smiths Grocery and Walmart for supporting this fundraiser.
Representative of the Mesquite Cancer HELP Society, Past Mayor Allan Litman proudly accepted the check. The money was raised during the month of October with the Fire Departments annual fundraising drive.
