Nevada Child Care Fund

Did you know? The Nevada Child Care Fund is available to all qualifying Nevadans, including State employees. Eligibility for child care financial support has expanded!

In July, Governor Steve Sisolak officially launched the Nevada Child Care Fund to expand access and affordability of quality child care across the state.

Funds approved for the program by the Legislative Interim Finance Committee will be used to lower the amount paid out of pocket for eligible families, as well as expand the income eligibility threshold for the child care assistance program.

• Northern and Rural Nevada: The Children’s Cabinet at ChildrensCabinet.org or by calling 775-856-6200
• Southern Nevada: Las Vegas Urban League at ChildCareLV.org or by calling 702-473-9400

The State is working with Las Vegas Urban League and The Children’s Cabinet who will accept applications and answer questions about child care assistance and how this new fund can help your family. For information on how to apply go to the Parent Resources page at NevadaChildCare.org.
