Deb Parsley from the Mesquite Rotary Club presented the 2025 SOARS Awards to the Mesquite Police & Mesquite Fire Rescue.
The Rotary Club of Mesquite representative Deb Parsley did a presentation at the October 14, 2025 at the Mesquite Council Meeting for the Police Department officers Sgt. Jaime Stout, Officer Stetson Ruth, & Carrie Roberts, and the Mesquite Fire Department's Captain Keith Browning for their outstanding service this past year.
